breakfast: salty oatmeal; trail mix (dried cranberries and raw almonds)
lunch: leftover black bean and potato soup; leftover roasted asparagus and brussels sprouts; roasted butternut squash; 2 bananas
dinner at pho viet: I ordered vegetarian pho, which they told me was a vegetable based broth. the broth was very salt and I am pretty sure there were pieces of meat in it. the people were very nice and I would like to go back again, but I wouldn’t order the pho. I would get something without broth so that there hopefully wouldn’t be meat pieces in my dish.
