lunch at joanna’s: vegetable spring roll; vegie kung pao shrimp (vegan shrimp, peanuts, celery, etc.) over steamed rice from good fortune chinese restaurant;  popcorn with nutritional yeast and salt

dinner: pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, garlic, and daiya cheese and vegan parmesan cheese; apple  cider; cereal and a banana with coconut milk

brunch at juliana’s potluck: lots of warmed apple cider; bread with homemade raspberry jam; fruit salad (apples, peaches, raspberries); asparagus

dinner at joanna’s: vegie shrimp with vegetables served over steamed rice from good fortune chinese restaurant;  popcorn with nutritional yeast and braggs liquid aminos; yuengling

dinner/drinks during a west wing marathon slumber party:vodka and cranberry; popcorn with salt; vegan berkeley pizza from zpizza- marinara sauce, vegan cheese, vegan veggie crumbles, mushrooms, red onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, zucchini; stacy’s pita chips with hummus; grapes

breakfast: soy latte from the place that shall not be named

lunch: whole wheat pita with hummus and lettuce from the garden; shelley’s leftovers from sunflower cafe (i know they’re over a week old): Sunflower Forest (layers of fried bean thread noodles, minced shiitake mushrooms, celery, soy protein, vegi-ham, water chestnuts, carrots, sunflower seeds and baby corn) over leftover quinoa

snack: sour patch kids and leftover beans crispen made

dinner with heather and laura: laura made vegan jambalaya. she said she used (onion, celery, bell pepper, firm tofu, soy chorizo, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano, white and black pepper, paprika, salt, bay leaves, chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce, vegetable stock, rice)

dessert: 1 pea from a csa i picked up for a friend. heather brought an oreo and a mocha cupcakes from sticky fingers and i had tortilla chips and hummus

drinks: peak organic nut brown ale (see company responses about vegan products) and abita satsuma (vegan according to barnivore)

lunch: leftover Curry Supreme from Sunflower Vegetarian Restaurant; chips (potato chips and corn chips)

dinner: hummus and pita

breakfast: chai tea with soy milk, a banana and salty peanuts

lunch: leftover udon noodle peanut pasta and a chocolate chip walnut cookies

snack: broccoli, tomatoes, carrots and snap peas

coffee: free coffee from starbucks (with soy milk) because of tax day.

drink: sapporo at Nooshi (they have a very good happy hour deal- half all all drinks)

dinner: Chick’n Piccata at Toscana Grill with green beans and pasta.  This place was pretty gross: the bread was stale, the green beans were overcooked and the pasta was from a box (at least it tasted like it).  The chick’n piccata was good- I really liked the sauce and their fake meat was excellent, but not worth the money or the trip out to Arlington.  They did give me free daiya bread to sprinkle on my pasta and the bread.
