1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
about 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, cumin
liberal dashing of paprika and turmeric

dinner: burritos with homemade salsa (tomato, red onion, green pepper, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, pepper, cilantro), spanish rice (cumin, paprika, white rice, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, salt and pepper), refried beans, shredded lettuce, tortillas

drink: trader joe’s bohemian lager (vegan according to barnivore)

dessert: freezer pops

lunch: leftover curried beans (not sure what type..they sort of look like chickpeas, but they are much darker) with rice and a tomato (made by someone in my office)

snack: english peas! and  dark chocolate with espresso coffee (chocolate santander is the brand)

dinner: corn; pizza strip; oriental rice snacks

snacks: almonds and del’s (lemonade and watermelon flavors mixed)

lunch: pizza strip (it’s a RI thing..delicious)

dinner: salad (lettuce, tomato, red pepper, cucumber) with balsamic vinaigrette; grilled tofu marinated in teriyaki sauce; grilled corn; potato chips; peas (my mom found me english peas! i ate lots of peas today)

dessert: so delicious ice cream sandwich

lunch: del’s lemonade; i can’t remember what i ate, but i ate a lot of food. i can’t believe my memory is this bad. i am writing this post on 6/22/2010

dinner at sergio’s: rice pasta with their amazing sauce.  sam adams seasonal (summer ale)

dessert: so delicious ice cream sandwich

dinner: fruit salad (grapes, blueberries, watermelon, apple), pasta salad (rice pasta-shells, artichoke hearts, brocolli, peppers, celery, mushrooms olives), grilled corn, bbq tofu in a hotdog bun with ketchup and mustard, grilled onion, potato chips

dessert: so delicious neapolitan ice cream sandwich

dinner: leftover jambalaya and a toasted roll (from marvelous market) with hummus, lettuce and arugula (from the garden) and a tomato

snacks/drink on airplane to RI: pretzels, sprite and a heineken (it was southwest’s birthday so they gave out free drinks)

lunch: an attorney at the office brought in leftover food.  she marked what food was vegan, just for me! i had carrots, peppers, celery, lentils, basmati rice, stewed tomatoes, okra and chutney

snacks even though i was already full to the point of feeling sick (but they were free!): orange slices, grapes, celery, samples of bread and hummus from marvelous market

dinner at work bbq: hummus and pita; boca burger in a whole wheat pita with mustard, ketchup, lettuce, tomato and onion; a taste of vegan pasta salad; chips

drinks: sam adams boston lager (vegan according to barnivore) and a heineken (vegan according to barnivore)

lunch: whole wheat pita with hummus and lettuce from the garden; shelley’s leftovers from sunflower cafe (i know they’re over a week old): Sunflower Forest (layers of fried bean thread noodles, minced shiitake mushrooms, celery, soy protein, vegi-ham, water chestnuts, carrots, sunflower seeds and baby corn) over leftover quinoa

snack: sour patch kids and leftover beans crispen made

dinner with heather and laura: laura made vegan jambalaya. she said she used (onion, celery, bell pepper, firm tofu, soy chorizo, cayenne pepper, thyme, oregano, white and black pepper, paprika, salt, bay leaves, chopped tomatoes, tomato sauce, vegetable stock, rice)

dessert: 1 pea from a csa i picked up for a friend. heather brought an oreo and a mocha cupcakes from sticky fingers and i had tortilla chips and hummus

drinks: peak organic nut brown ale (see company responses about vegan products) and abita satsuma (vegan according to barnivore)
