breakfast: banana and grapes

lunch: 1/2 chipotle garden blend burrito; stacy’s pita chips; celery and peanut butter

snack: peas

dinner made mostly by shelley (they are her recipes): peanuts; zucchini pancake Click for the recipe.

side2 lb zucchini, shredded
3/4 cup of flour
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs
about 1/2 tsp salt, pepper, cumin
liberal dashing of paprika and turmeric

and coconut milk couscous

side1 can coconut milk
about 1 cup water
1 cup couscous
shredded coconut
1/2 tsp nutmeg, cinnamon
salt to taste

drinks: new orleans beer and peak organic nut brown
