lunch: carrots; toasted homemade bread with hummus, lettuce, and tomatoes; banana

snacks: smoked almonds; banana with peanut butter

dinner: drunken noodles with carrots and spinach; celery with peanut butter; carrot; fat tire amber ale; throat coat tea
