breakfast: flax cereal with soymilk; iced Gorilla coffee

lunch: tofu crabby patty on bun with lettuce, onion, and vegan tartar sauce; edamame and corn salad; Ruffles potato chips; banana

dinner: TLT (tempeh bacon, romaine, tomato, and Vegenaise on toasted bread); melt sandwich (Tofurkey roast beef, romaine, tomato, and melted pepperjack Daiya); Back in Black 21st Amendment Brewery black IPA (vegan according to Barnivore)

pumpkin ale (can’t remember which one… Weyerbacher or Southern Tier), Peak Organic IPA, and french fry at Soda Bar
