dinner: leftover pesto pasta with tomato; toast with avocado and Earth Balance; stuffed tofu (tofu stuffed with rice) with panca pepper sauce and vegan chipotle parmesan; Ithaca Beer Company Partly Sunny (vegan according to Barnivore)
