lunch: quinoa and cilantro black bean stir fry

snacks: raspberries ; more coffee with vanilla coconut creamer

dinner while watching the west wing: popcorn with nutritional yeast and salt; vegan berkeley pizza from zpizza- marinara sauce, vegan cheese, vegan veggie crumbles, mushrooms, red onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, zucchini
