Trader Joe’s chocolate sandwich cookies

champagne at lab happy hour (may not be vegan)

dinner during UConn Sweet Sixteen win: raw kale salad with avocado and tomato; spaghetti with marinara sauce and vegan meatballs; PBR (vegan according to Barnivore)
