stacey- vegan fail

breakfast: raisin pecan toast with earth balance; raw cashews

lunch: quinoa with leftover squash mush and chickpeas; tortilla chips with guacamole; coffee with soymilk

dinner: pasta with vegan cheddar cheese and grape tomatoes; pasta with earth balance and nutritional yeast; skittles; salted and roasted cashews; squash seeds

homeopathic motion sickness medicine (after I took it I realized that it contains lactose)
