lunch on a sailboat: pretzels; bread with lettuce and avocado; dried mango slices; chocolate; grapefruit juice mixed with ting

dinner: pasta with green peppers, black beans, garlic and tomato sauce; garlic bread; salad with oil and vinegar

drinks: painkillers (coconut milk, pineapple juice, orange juice, rum and fresh ground nutmeg)
