lunch: sprouted brown rice risotto

dinner: Amy’s vegan macaroni and cheese; sauteed spinach with sea salt, black pepper, garlic, and olive oil; soy hot dog; too-fried frozen plantains

orange juice; tea

    did you make the risotto? i’ve never had sprouted brown rice except in bread- how is it?
