breakfast: oj; peppermint tea; salty oatmeal; banana; almonds (I was very hungry this morning)

lunch: squash, kale and tempeh

snack: cvs brand trail mix- asian blend (rice crackers, wasabi peas, sesame sticks, peanuts, cashews and almonds)

dinner at everlasting life:tofu skins; “chicken” salad; seaweed salad; garlicky kale salad

drink: peak organic (vegan according to barnivore.com)
