breakfast: coffee with french vanilla soy creamer; toasted and very salted corn kernels; an apple from the farmers market; peanuts

lunch: toasted sourdough bread with hummus, vegan tuna salad and lettuce; banana; more peanuts

dinner: leftovers from negril and more tortilla chips; busch’s beer
