lunch: toasted sourdough bread with mashed avocado, salt, pepper and tomato; toasted sourdough bread with tomato slices and vegan “tuna” salad

snack at sticky fingers: raspberry lemon muffin and a sip of hot chocolate

tea from tynan: Moroccan Mint

dinner at pho 14: veggie pho
