breakfast: peanut butter sandwich

lunch: peanut butter sandwich; cape cod salt and vinegar chips; chocolate; banana; gatorade (lemonade flavor)

dinner at Great Sage (maryland): kid’s mac and cheese; beefsteak soup; special of the day (grits, bbq chicken, stir fried veggies, refried beans) (very good), thai green curry noodles with veggies (not very good); mango lassi (organic mangoes, apple juice, banana, soy yogurt and cardamon); chai tea shake

dessert: a marshmellow

drink: yuengling (vegan according to the company, but they won’t let me post their response)
