yeah, sort of! i’ve been experimenting with different kinds of sprouts in the last year or so. one thing i like about garlic sprouts, or at least the ones i’m getting, is that they’re relatively hardy. in my opinion, the worst thing about sprouts is that they don’t keep very long in the fridge.
