lunch: sesame noodles whit red pepper and tofu from Whole Foods salad bar

snack: Godiva 85% cocao Santa Domingo chocolate.

dinner: popcorn with nutritional yeast and Bragg’s and some french fries from Five Guys

dinner: Rum and coke
