breakfast: coffee with soy milk
lunch at bread and brew: Match Meat Pulled Pork sandwich with coleslaw and Caesar salad (I am fairly confident that they messed up and the Caesar salad was not vegan, or vegetarian. I ate most of the salad and then got an overwhelming taste of fish in my mouth- grossss)
dinner at thaitanic II: Thai Tanic Lemongrass (sauteed chicken tofu with chili, garlic, lemongrass, bell peppers, and fresh basil in chef’s special sauce)- Be sure to specify no animal products including fish and oyster sauce. This is a very good meal, but expensive; mango and sticky rice (steamed sticky rice tossed with sweetened coconut milk and served with mango)
snack: popcorn with oil and salt
