breakfast: oj; banana; stayman apple; chai tea with vanilla soy milk

snack: salted peanuts

lunch: leftover lentils with spinach and tomato couscous

snack: date pieces in flour

dinner: peanut sauce over vegetables (kale; carrots; onion; garlic), tofu, and brown rice/wild rice mix
