lunch: leftover macaroni and “cheese” with chard

“dinner” from Five Guys: Cajun fries with ketchup; peanuts

a lowlife (Miller High Life and whiskey) plus a Yuengling at The Charleston; PBR at East River Bar

Spicy Sweet Chili Doritos; almonds; salted corn nuts

a very salty day.
