breakfast: salty oatmeal, banana, cashews and chamomile tea

lunch: toasted pita bread with hummus, arugula/lettuce (from the garden), tomato. carrots

snacks: ice cream sandwich, stacy’s simply naked pita chips, coffee with soy milk from marvelous market

dinner: steamed vegetable mandu at mandu

drinks: sapporo (vegan according to barnivore)
