lunch: chili with kidney beans, black beans, kale, carrots, tomato sauce, spices, and nutritional yeast; grapes

coffee with unsweetened vanilla soy milk; carrots; mandarin orange

drinks at nooshi: pina colada; kirin ichiban

dinner: matzah with vegan chopped liver
