intern lunch at heritage india: buffet which included rice, lentils, eggplant, spicy tofu, and potatoes

snacks: green tea with unsweetened vanilla soy milk; dried mango (sweetened); celery with peanut butter

dinner: celery and peanut butter; carrots and hummus; wheat thins; grapes
