lunch: quinoa with mustard baked tofu and salted avocado; leftover tofu and vegetable stir fry (seasoned tofu, zucchini, peas, carrots in tomato sauce) brown rice

snacks: orange; banana with peanut butter; another banana; vegan cadbury cream egg

drinks with andy at heritage india: budweiser: margarita; more beer; french fries

dinner: cereal with banana and almond milk
