lunch: eggplant eggplant parmesan; last of the vegan macaroni and cheese; vegetable medley (peas, carrots, corn, and lima beans)

snacks: more sweet dreams tea with soy milk; grapes; banana

dinner: cheerios with rice milk; tomato, chickpea and black bean soup
