lunch: soy chocolate pudding; Primal Strip; pita with Sabra hummus; Mi-Del ginger snaps

dinner: pasta with pesto (basil, toasted pine nuts, lime, olive oil, salt, pepper) and tomato chunks; Ithaca Partly Sunny (vegan according to Barnivore)
