lunch: toasted whole wheat pita with sabra chipotle hummus, avocado, lettuce from my garden, boca chicken patty, and tomato); apricot/walnut/pecan baked good; halva from israel (yum!)
snacks: orange/ peacan cookie; grapes; pita with chipotle hummus
