snack: 2 bananas; a clementine
dinner: whole wheat pita and bread dipped in olive oil with salt and fresh ground pepper; salad with homemade balsamic vinaigrette; mashed sweet potatoes; black beans with brown rice; cocoa chocolate chip muffin with oats
