breakfast: oj; soy latte
lunch (leftovers from everlasting life): tofu skins; “chicken” salad; seaweed salad; garlicky kale salad; mac and cheese
snack: cvs brand trail mix- asian blend (rice crackers, wasabi peas, sesame sticks, peanuts, cashews and almonds)
dinner: saag paneer from veganize it…don’t criticize it (i used tofu instead of making my own paneer)

The co-op has food from the commune we visited!
