breakfast: banana; garlic bagel with earth balance

lunch: cape cod salt and vinegar chips; gatorade (lemonade flavor)

dinner while camping along the Appalachian Trail: tortillas filled with canned peas, canned corn, fire roasted red onion, fire roasted red pepper, fire roasted okra (from the garden- i didn’t really work), and bush’s grillin beans- southern pit bbq (not all of their flavors are vegan, so read the label)

dessert: s’mores (graham crackers; marshmallows and chocolate- all vegan obviously)

drinks while camping: yuengling (yes, we hiked in with beer)
