dinner: Stir fried tofu, red onion, garlic, carrots, and collards with sesame oil, Bragg’s, red pepper flakes, cumin, black pepper, lemon, and cider vinegar on basmati rice with vegan Parmesan and Sriracha sauce; Magic Hat IPA (vegan according to Barnivore)
