pre brunch snack: half a garlic bagel with Earth Balance from Heller’s (I had to use my own Earth Balance)

brunch: cinnamon rolls (thanks for the recipe Emily!) and a potato/tofu/collard green frittata (see Katherine’s post for pictures), vegan macaroon from Red Emma’s in Baltimore (so good!); oj

snacks at the movies: plantain chips and veggie booty

dinner: salad (thanks Nate and Emily)

    i didn’t think they were quite as good, but almost. the frittata was great
