will you send it to me too? have you ever had the mac and cheese from veganomicon- that is the best one I have had so far. It doesn’t taste like traditional mac and cheese, but it’s really good. katherine and I were trying to think up a more appropriate name for it.

i’m gonna send you both the recipe tomorrow! this is the first thing i’ve made from this cookbook, but flipping through it and judging by this one recipe, i think i really like it a lot.
