I was just talking about how it is the ideal potluck dish. Actually, I did forget to set everything aside! I wondered what went wrong... I ended up eating the empty black bean can, and nothing else, in the end. It sort of sucked. But, the fresh lime and cilantro (which are, by nature, set aside) made it pretty amazing.
