Until I got this box of Special K (which was purchased at Costco in Westchester, NY), I thought Special K had milk, but milk isn't listed on the ingredients of this box. The ingredients might vary region by region (many products do, maybe based on ingredient cost differences or on consumer taste differences between regions). Or, I might be missing something (see below). There are a lot of vitamin supplements that I am not sure about. Speaking of, I really want to start researching where all these chemicals and vitamin supplements are typically derived from. But if anyone knows anything about any of the ingredients below, let me know.

Ingredients: rice, sugar, whole wheat, wheat gluten, freeze-dried strawberries, high fructose corn syrup (eh..), wheat flour, defatted wheat germ, salt, malt flavoring (I believe this is just from barley... anyone?), ascorbic acid (vitamin C), alpha tocopherol, reduced iron, naicinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), vitamin A palmitate, folic acide, vitamin B12
