		<description>yeah, would say that that pbs version of lww (apparently everybody in the world has seen it? we were talking about it at the party too) is maybe 60% of the reason i ate more after i had already decided i didn&#039;t like it.

yeah, the beans were pretty close as far as i could tell. i think the keys to irazu-ness are to (1) use a ton of garlic (2) fry the whole thing up at the end and (3) not use too much tomato paste. let me know how it turns out!</description>
