breakfast: iced coffee with vanilla soy milk (x2); salty oatmeal

snack: truly indian cumin poppa dum

lunch from java green: grilled chickn’ sandwich on ciabatta

snacks: peppermint tea with vanilla soy milk; leftover veggie and tofu stir fry from last night; hummus and pita

dinner: veggie booty; salad (lettuce, avocado, corn, black beans, cucumber, tomato, toasted tortillas) with russian dressing (vegenaise, ketchup, onion and garlic powder); steel reserve
