lunch 1: chickpea stirfy with brown rice; carrot sticks

lunch 2: salty oatmeal; hamentashen; banana

dinner: pesto (basil, sundried tomatoes in oil, garlic, spinach, salt)  pasta with green beans; blueberry cornbread
