breakfast: banana; coffee with vanilla soy milk

lunch: cornbread; leftover vegetables and tofu in peanut sauce; leftover bulgar with cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes; chickpea and butternut squash tagine; another banana

snacks: apple with peanut butter; last of the lemon cake

dinner: tofutti marry me ice cream bar; ravioli with potato and scallion filling (thanks Phil!)
