lunch: 1/2 Chipotle garden blend burrito

coffee: soy latte from the place that shall not be named…starts with an “s” and ends with a “bucks”

sapporo beer (vegan according to Barnviore) and vegetable mandu (half steamed, half fried) at Mandu

dinner: leftover potato kugel, whole wheat pasta with melted earth balance and nutritional yeast, carrot sticks
